Ravalement facades Nivillac<\/strong>\u00a0 n\u00e9cessite un rafraichissement pour la pr\u00e9server dans le temps. Les fa\u00e7ades ont quelques micros-fissures surtout cot\u00e9 Ouest qui sont les plus dangereuses. Ainsi des infiltrations d’humidit\u00e9 commencent \u00e0 appara\u00eetre dans l’angle int\u00e9rieur de la chambre du 1er \u00e9tage du c\u00f4t\u00e9 Nord. Egalement, la construction en parpaing est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e avec une isolation type laine de verre plus brique et pl\u00e2tre en finition. Donc l’humidit\u00e9 est visible dans la pi\u00e8ce. Pourquoi ? Les causes sont multiples : une fuite de la naissance au niveau du toit qui accentue l’eau sur la fa\u00e7ade qui poss\u00e8de une fissure juste en dessous.<\/p>

Egalement, la chambre n’est certainement pas assez a\u00e9r\u00e9e naturellement. Ce sont les points les plus sensibles de cette fa\u00e7ade expos\u00e9e Nord.<\/p>

Situation actuelle :<\/strong><\/h5>

\u00a0L’enduit lisse est satur\u00e9 par un fil mince en fin de vie. Le support absorbe fortement l’humidit\u00e9 li\u00e9 aux pluies battantes ext\u00e9rieures. L’apparition de moisissures, de mousses dans les micros-fissures et diff\u00e9rentes salissures mettent en avant qu’il est temps de r\u00e9nover ces fa\u00e7ades. La r\u00e9novation que nous allons effectu\u00e9 permettra de r\u00e9nover et de rendre imperm\u00e9able la fa\u00e7ade aux eaux de ruissellements et aux pluies battantes particuli\u00e8rement c\u00f4t\u00e9 Sud\/Ouest et Ouest. La partie basse de la ma\u00e7onnerie sera \u00e0 reprendre ainsi qu’une belle fissure dans l’angle \u00e0 mi-hauteur.<\/p>
