Cette n\u00e9o bretonne situ\u00e9e \u00e0 MUZILLAC est constitu\u00e9e d’un ENDUIT GROSSIER sur ses fa\u00e7ades. Plusieurs d\u00e9sordres apparaissent sur ses fa\u00e7ades : Micros fissures, Fissures et Enduit souffl\u00e9. Comme le pignon Ouest absorbe les eaux de pluies alors des infiltrations commencent \u00e0 \u00eatre apparentes dans la pi\u00e8ce de vie.<\/p>

Voici l’une des raisons pour laquelle la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de vos fa\u00e7ades s’accentuent. De plus lorsque vos murs sont perm\u00e9ables alors les pluies battantes\u00a0 p\u00e9n\u00e8trent plus facilement et en plus gros volume.\u00a0 De plus, l’air salin va attaquer plus en profondeur vos fa\u00e7ades et peut engendrer de la corrosion.
