Suite au diagnostic que Grand Ouest Fa\u00e7ades a effectu\u00e9 pour le RAVALEMENT <\/b>\u00a0de cette maison situ\u00e9e \u00e0 RIEUX 56350<\/b>\u00a0au bord de la Vilaine. Nous avons propos\u00e9 une r\u00e9novation du pignon OUEST\u00a0 uniquement pour prot\u00e9ger durablement cette maison. Sur la partie basse de la chemin\u00e9e du pignon\u00a0 Ouest, des d\u00e9sordres \u00e9tait concern\u00e9 par la RAVALEMENT RIEUX 56350.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Car l’enduit gratt\u00e9 se d\u00e9litait fortement. Egalement, l’apparition de nombreuses salissures\u00a0 mettent en avant le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d’effet buvard important de cette\u00a0 fa\u00e7ade v\u00e9tuste. Puisque l’eau impr\u00e8gne fortement l’enduit et p\u00e9n\u00e8tre les joins des parpaings qui sont visibles de l’ext\u00e9rieur !<\/p>
