Suite au diagnostic que Grand Ouest Fa\u00e7ades a effectu\u00e9 pour le ravalement de cette maison situ\u00e9e \u00e0 BERRIC 56015, au bord de la Vilaine, nous avons proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9novation compl\u00e8te des fa\u00e7ades afin de prot\u00e9ger durablement cette habitation. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre rev\u00eatement GO TT r\u00e9sine, l\u2019ensemble des murs est d\u00e9sormais imperm\u00e9abilis\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re durable avec un enduit teint\u00e9 dans la masse.<\/p>

POURQUOI ?<\/strong><\/p>

Comme on peut l\u2019observer sur la fa\u00e7ade avant de la maison, des traces de moisissures et de salissures \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sentes sous le d\u00e9bord du toit et aux abords des fen\u00eatres. Cela t\u00e9moignait d\u2019un effet buvard important. L\u2019eau s\u2019infiltrait dans l\u2019enduit. Elle impr\u00e9gnait les parpaings visibles et fragilisait l\u2019ensemble de la fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>

DE PLUS<\/strong>, des fissures apparentes facilitaient la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration des pluies battantes. Cela entra\u00eenait des infiltrations et un d\u00e9g\u00e2t des eaux \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette r\u00e9novation compl\u00e8te, la maison est d\u00e9sormais prot\u00e9g\u00e9e des intemp\u00e9ries. Elle retrouve un aspect modernis\u00e9 et une fa\u00e7ade saine et durable.<\/p>
